Knowledge Management is Annimar’s LMS

Knowledge Management is an essential tool for controlling the training provided by Annimar.

Access is via the web and, in addition to the videos that are hosted on our streaming server to allow quick and secure access, the system also allows access to several other formats such as: Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, JPG, among others.

Knowledge Management also has an area for registering multiple choice tests, open questions and detailed performance reports.

Get to know Annálise®

The Annálise® is an innovative methodology, developed by Annimar. Its objective is to enable the measurement of the knowledge acquired in each training versus the result achieved in the company's indicator.

The methodology involves analyzing the chosen indicator (such as quality, rejection, efficiency, etc.), evaluating causes that have human origins, related to knowledge. The software provides the use of quality tools (incorporated into Annálise®), such as brainstorming, cause and effect diagram, 5W2H, among others; establishing goals, so that progress can be demonstrated.

Subsequently, Annimar produces the necessary training, which will be applied and managed automatically in Knowledge Management.

The expected final result is the achievement of pre-established goals, presented through graphs and reports that cross-reference information between the level of knowledge of each employee; and your team's real results - before and after training.
